September 30, 2023: Seren wins Postgraduate Bitch and Good Citizens Bitch, and Sonechka wins Open Bitch and is awarded the Bitch Challenge Certificate and Best of Breed under all-rounder Richard Kinsey.

 

September 24, 2023: Sonechka 2nd in Open Bitch under all-rounder Howard Ogden at Belfast Championship Show.

 

September 17, 2023: Seren wins Junior Bitch and Sonechka wins Limit Bitch under breed specialist Sean Gwynne, at Darlington Championship Show.

 

August 31, 2023: Seren 2nd in Graduate Bitch and wins Good Citizens Bitch under all-rounder Keith Baldwin at the City of Birmingham Championship Show.

 

August 27, 2023: Seren 2nd in Junior Bitch and Sonechka wins Limit Bitch at Driffield Championship Show under all-rounder judge Toni Jackson. Seren 2nd in Junior Bitch later that day under Caroline Rees-Friend at the Northern Samoyed Society Open Show.

 

August 17, 2023: Seren wins Junior Bitch and Sonechka wins Limit Bitch under all-rounder Ben Reynolds-Frost at the Welsh Kennel Club Championship Show.

 

August 12, 2023: Seren wins Best of Breed and Pastoral Group 3 at Lancaster & District Open Show under all-rounder Ann Esposito.

 

August 2023: Fin (Svetllen's Boulsworth, bred by us) wins Best of Breed and Pastoral Group 3 under all-rounder Irene Glen at Hawick Open Show.

 

July 2023: Vito wins Junior Dog at the National Working and Pastoral Breeds Show under all-rounder Marion Sargent. He then wins Junior Dog and Reserve Best Dog in Show at the Samoyed Breeders and Owners League Open Show under breed specialist Eileen Cameron.

 

May 2023: Vito wins Junior Dog at the Scottish Kennel Club Championship Show under all-rounder judge Jeff Horswell, qualifying for Crufts at his first show.

 

December 2022: Seren receives her Kennel Club Good Citizen Bronze Award at just 5 months of age, making her the youngest Samoyed (along with her half-sister) to pass a KCGC assessment.

October 2022: Sonechka receives her Kennel Club Good Citizen Gold Award.

 

June 2022: Dillen and Sonechka welcome a beautiful litter, out of which Bacchus and Seren stay with us, and Vito (Svetllen's Barentsz) is co-owned with our friends Tracey and Cameron Elder.

October 2021: Sonechka gains both her Kennel Club Bronze and Silver Good Citizen awards in a single testing session at Dig it Dogs

September 2021: Sonechka makes her showing debut placing 1st in Junior Bitch under Irene Green, at Darlington Championship Show

August 2021: Dillen sires a beautiful litter (out of Whitespirit Spring Rogue) for the Khorobroi kennel. We are looking forward to his sons and daughters growing up and being shown and worked in harness.

July 2021: Svetlana gains her RL5Ex (Rally Level 5 Excellent) title

September 2019: Svetlana gains her RL4Ex title.

September 2019: Dillen places 2nd in Limit Dog in a strong class of eight, at Darlington Championship Show, under judge Keith Nathan.

July 2018: Dillen places 1st in Postgraduate Dog, at Leeds Championship Show under judge Sue Smith.

July 2018: Dillen places 1st in Postgraduate Dog at the Northern Samoyed Society Open Show under judge Roz Makepeace

 

April 2018: Svetlana gains her RL3Ex title with 3 Level 3 first places in 3 consecutive shows

September 2018: Dillen places 1st in Postgraduate Dog in a class of three at the British Samoyed Club open show under judge Deborah Fleming 

March 2018: Svetlana represents North England at the Crufts Rally Obedience Interregionals (Level 2)

December 2017: Svetlana wins 1st place in Level 2 at the LKA Rally Obedience Show

 

November 2017: At the AMCUK Weight Pull in Northallerton, Dillen creates the UK record for the highest weight pulled by a Samoyed (1000 lb over 16 feet)

September 2017: Dillen places 1st in Postgraduate Dog in a class of three at the British Samoyed Club Open Show under judge Hedd Richards.

 

September 2017: Dillen places 1st in Postgraduate Dog in a strong class of four at Driffield Championship Show under judge Penny Roberts

July 2017: Svetlana begins her rally obedience career at the Kennel Club Open FITDogs Haxey show, placing 3rd in Level 1 and 5th in Level 2

August 2017: Svetlana gains her RL1Ex title, with a 1st place in Level 1 and 2nd place in Level 2

June 2016: Dillen places 2nd in Junior Dog at his first championship show (Blackpool) under Rory Doedjins, qualifying for Crufts. This begins his showing career, with his most recent placing under Keith Nathan at Darlington Championship Show (2nd in Limit Dog in a strong class of 8).

March 2015: Svetlana gains her KC GCDS Bronze award

February 2015: Svetlana gains her KC GCDS Silver award

May 2014: Svetlana passes the Pets as Therapy dog assessment and becomes a PAT dog.

February 2014: Svetlana gains her KC GCDS Bronze Award, after being initially written off by our dog training club as “untrainable”.

February 2013: Svetlana (now Svetlana Shining Moon over Svetllen RL5Ex) is born, starting us off on our great Samoyed adventure
